Bruce Jackson, owner of Brucci’s, is no stranger to authentic New York Style Italian cuisine. Born in Syracuse, New York – he grew up in his family’s kitchen. His grandparents, born in Italy, brought their delicious time tested generations old recipes when they immigrated to the United States. These recipes are the same ones used at Brucci’s today!

Bruce’s earliest memories are of preparing food for Sunday dinner and special occasions that consisted of homemade pastas, sauces, and desserts. Brucci’s is the culmination of his life-long dream to create a restaurant that will embody his passion for family-style Italian cuisine. Jackson was an Atlanta restaurant owner for 10 years before moving to the Sunshine State to open Brucci’s. He invites everyone to try the cuisine his family has loved for generations!
